Walter Smiths store

Was there a Walter Smiths store in Fashion Fair in the 70s? Because thats where I'm thinking I used to buy all my Levis...it was right across from Penneys?
It was not across from Penneys. If you were looking out from Walter smiths into the mall, it was to the right.
