Jimmie Policarpo was born in Fresno on February 5, 1925, and passed away peacefully at Fresno Community Medical Center surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday, August 15, 2013. Jim was a WWII Veteran and owned and operated the Bulldog Donut Shop from 1946 to 1988 (42 years). After retirement he enjoyed working with his friends Gary and Kay Kozuki at the Vineyard Farmers Market.

Special thanks to all his nephews and nieces, especially his niece, Suzanne Kruzic for all her love and support.
Jim was preceded in death by his wife Lucrezia and now has joined her in heaven.

He is survived by his son, Frank Policarpo; his daughter, Donnetta Policarpo; grandson, Jimmie Policarpo; sister, Josephine and her husband Mario Pitton; brother, Sam Ventrella and his wife Penny; sister-in-law, Josephine Bombini and sister-in-law Elizabeth Bombini.
