Did you Choose Resturants with this Dine Out Guide?

The "Dine Out Guide" ran in the Fresno Bee for a number of years. I remember occasionally getting an idea for where to take a take by browsing this ad in the paper. It changed from time to time but one thing is clear to me now, it was a paid for ad. I mean look at some of these places, not top notch to say the least!
