Ocean seagulls radio signoff and evil radio 80s-90s

Does anyone remember during the late '80s or early '90s there was a radio station I used to listen to and fall asleep to. Around midnight or 1:00 a.m. they would have a sign off and they would play ocean sounds and seagulls the rest of the night. Also I think on Sundays late night they would play weird evil and satanic type talking and music. Does anyone remember that? And what radio station was it? I believe it was around 1990 and I was 18 years old.

Yup! It was KVPR 89.3. I listened to it on my portable radio every night growing up
