Would anyone know what this parade is? Tulare Street, 1936. Looks like pretty good weather, not cold, so it doesn't look like the Christmas parade (clothing of the people on the street, too). Doesn't really look like a veterans or memorial day parade. Any ideas? Much thanks in advance.
